Cash Converters Rockhampton

“I delt with Lily b and I received positive service and a fantastic bracelet. Thank you for your service”

“Excellent customer service, clean and reliable place. Jose was incredibly nice and helpful. He also speaks spanish to help us more. He had all the patience to explain us everything and show the options, we bought an amazing product with great price.”

“Not impressed, I went into Rockhampton Cash Converters today. I asked to look at a ring in the jewellery cabinet and was asked for a driver's licence. I asked why, the guy said he needs to hold it while I try on jewellery as per store policy. There is no sign stating this! I advised the guy I've tried on jewellery before and not been asked for a driver's licence. He then said to me that, its just incase I run off with some jewellery. Pathetic customer service and assumption that I'm a thief 😤”

“Bought an item from the online store. I usually don’t leave reviews but the friendliness of the staff when I had questions was outstanding and they were so helpful. They shipped an item to Adelaide, which was quick and damage free. Thank you cash converters Rockhampton. I 100% recommend shopping with them.”

“A huge thank you, especially Lily, for assisting me in the purchase of a gorgeous jewellery piece. Having purchased online, Lily responded to my questions promptly and organised a quick and safe delivery. I am looking forward to any future purchases from this store😁”
