Helping Hands

“All the milk was off, and 70% of the food was also. Disgusting you're giving people in need this trash. You guys need to get your act together and get fresh food. Disgrace! I can't feed my daughter anything because it all went in the bin. Same with alot of others I've spoken to.”

“Staff are very friendly, you can tell they enjoy themselves! This seems to be a pretty well run place from a people perspective. Great warehouse sized place and although this is the type of shop that has quantity over quality and some challenges with replenishment of stock, the prices are pretty good so it's hard to be too critical. Lots of womens and childrens clothing, light on for mens clothing. tons of homewares, furntiture and bric a brac. One of the last remaining op shops that don't seem to be fully profit over people and will throw you a bone if you are truly down and out.”

“amazing range, lots of goods, good prices, useful and friendly staff, everything you could want in an op shop really!”

“I put my mums very expensive leather jacket accidentally in a bag of items in the charity bin at the front around 3 near closing time there was nothing else in the bins and called first thing the next morning it took them 10 days to respond saying it wasn’t found and you can’t even get through them as I left numerous messages obviously taken by someone very poor service wont shop here again if you not with giving a one star as no Curtisy call either and no way of talking to anyone. Hoping this dosn’t happen to anyone else.”

“the best in the west! I love this op shop so so much, the staff are wonderful, the selection is huge and the prices are what op shops should be! My absolute favourite”
