“The duty manager was so nice and kind . Bless her heart ❤️ definitely will be coming back !”
“Always clean and tidy with some great stock. Staff are friendly and helpful and you can always find a great deal or the essentials you need if things are tight. Stock rotates pretty frequently and it's always good for a browse”
“op shop in braybrook Melbourne, has many different items, lots of books and clothing.”
“The most disappointing experience today. The manager Elizabeth speaks to customers in a condescending tone. l pointed out a fault in a product and she rudely responded "That's why it's only $50." I told her to put a sign on the machine so the customers know it doesn't work properly and she rudely responded with the same comment.”
“I highly recommend Vinnie's Braybrook store! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is exceptional. I especially want to highlight Vanessa, who went above and beyond to assist me during my visit.Today Her helpfulness and dedication truly made a difference. She took the time to ensure I found everything I needed and even offered some great recommendations. It’s rare to encounter such genuine customer service, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Thank you, Vinnie's Braybrook and Vanessa, for creating such a positive shopping experience!”
