“Great prices, lovely staff”
“Worst op shop ever. Overpriced & the 2 elderly male attendants were extremely rude & incompassionate. Flat refused to price an item for my 8yr old daughter who had quite eloquently & politely asked both attendants if there was anyone else they could ask to price item. To my horror one of them stepped out from behind counter to serve the old couple behind my daughter who had 2 cupboards both unpriced(similar ones in their store $50-$100). He said 'Give us $25 for both. My daughter burst into tears still holding the item. This has been the complete opposite experience of some of the other op shops we have visited in district. Op shopping will remain our Saturday ritual but this particular store will be avoided like the plague”
“Huge store plenty of parking heaps of variety for the whole family plenty of brig and brag…. Unfortunately prices are rich for secondhand looking for farm cloths way too pricey where’s the sense when new clothes are super cheap too. For the 12stores in Toowoomba surly there should be great bargains however it seems lining the pockets out ways sense. Where does all the money go? Had to ask for a second hand bag with no folding anything bad look no recommendations here except cost big w there is better bargains New.”
