Salvos Store

“mostly clothes, (majority women's clothes) 2 small changing rooms with lockable doors. some bricabac, little room with books, and small upstairs section with kids stuff. The front of the store is the dressy/professional stuff which is relatively highly priced, but more 'quality' higher end items. The other clothes are a mixed bag on quality/prices, you'll have to rummage. EVERYTHING in the store is sold *as is* which is a bit frustrating, as op shops usually only write that if there's a small stain/damage etc. but here they were selling a stained no-name polo top for $10+. check your items carefully before buying! they do sales on their items by tag colour, eg 50% off orange tag - not sure how often.”

“Saw a mug in the back room that i really liked. Thought it was going to go into the store for sale. It was a mug that one of the staff was drinking tea from. She emptied the tea and sold me the mug at a really decent price. Excellent service. Really great people every time i have been there”

“Katherine and her team at Gladesville are so helpful and friendly. everytime i am in there they take the time to greet me and ask me how i am. amazing staff. The shop layout is excellent easy to find things and parking is also very easy. i love going into their shop, such a nice atmosphere. Merry christmas guys”

“I recently came and was quite impressed with the layout, met a very nice staff member, Shah who assisted me with finding my needs. He is a thorough gentleman and provided me with great customer service. Reasonably prices with a variety of great stock.”

“I attended this store on 14/10/2019 at around 3:30pm with my family. On our way out, we witnessed a middle-aged woman berating one of the staff members at the register over the validity period of her credit note. Though the staff member remained calm and attempted to assist her, the customer continued attacking her and behaving in the most entitled manner. I want to commend the staff at Salvos Gladesville for their calm and professional approach to rude customers. The store is well organized and has one of the largest varieties of items.”
