“I don't donate often, and today was my first time at this store. As me and my partner walked in with our donations in hand, we didn't find any donations bins at the front, so we walked over to the cashier station. The first look I received set a cold tone. After explaining the situation, she strongly stated "donations at the rear". She made a speech on repeated "No, outside at rear OF THE BUILDING". I have never been meet with a snobby attitude in an op shop, today was a first.I was made to feel like I was a burden. I never felt so bad, trying to do something good.”

“Lovely workers serving, but so overpriced. I’m actually shocked when I see some of their pricing. Not sure who is doing the pricing here. Sometimes the clothes are falling apart, but because a good brand they’re still overpriced. They especially need to consider whether people want to pay for holey clothes. Also saw $9 on a kid’s book.”

“The over pricing is unbelievable. Whoever is the manager of this place needs to get the sack. Disgusting. $11 for Kmart items. Nike shoes that are thrashed with no laces for $90 I can’t deal. Overpriced toys that are half broken for $9 wow. Actually appalled.”

“One star because the ladies greeted me in a friendly manner. Extremely overpriced. Synthetic PVC handbags were $35. Anh whiff of a well known brand/label the price tag shoots up… $80 oroton handbag, $35 Diana Ferrari boots, $45 for a forever new coat and it just goes on and on. A pair of shoes that were marked as $25 were literally crumbling at the heels (see photo). Not just nice brands too, anko and rubi shoes are $15, that’s what they would’ve cost brand new 😵‍💫. It’s really a disgrace and disservice to the community to have such high prices - AT AN OP SHOP. I go because I genuinely can’t afford brand new clothing in this economy. I’ll stick to Kmart sheesh Edit: not to mention the insane quantity of clothing - reading the other reviews it’s clear no one wants to buy overpriced second hand clothing here”

“Very large op shop with plenty of parking out the front, there's lots of good stuff inside, some of the prices are outrageous and overpriced. They sell second hand items of womens, childrens and mens clothing, shoes, homewares, books, toys, jewellery, collectables and furniture.”
