Salvos Stores Yamanto

“Items always reasonably priced, staff are always so friendly ”

“In all my years supporting the Salvos, I’d never before come across such rude staff! The manager included!! I stood at the counter with a huge pile of clothes waiting for my turn when the manager came over to speak horribly about a customer who was shopping (I only knew this because they were talking loud and pointing at her) then when the manager walked off the staff member just watched them. I coughed for her to see I’m standing there still waiting to be processed and the staff member rolled her eyes and said ‘yeah what do you need?’ But it was obvious I was purchasing a whole lot! Then I saw the manager talking loudly, aggressively and rudely to a customer. She was on a huge power trip which was awful behaviour for the environment it should have been. The worst staff ever!!!”

“You took me lounge suit, with no problems. Yet you don't want a double bed base! Who picky are you. For goodness sake.”

“Easy parking. Really friendly staff. The manager works to make you feel welcome. Great discounts too.”

“Items usually reasonably priced. Always regular on my limited opshop rotations. Bought a collection of decor items this time around as we were setting up a new house. (Just a few pictured). Staff helped get things from high shelves, were attentive and helpful, and volunteered to walk with me to the car with my excess while being careful to avoid damage.”
