“Hands down BEST retail experience I’ve ever had. I NEVER write reviews but I just had to. I came in looking for a pair of overalls and not only did the lovely, down-to-earth shop owner Ellie give me great advice when I asked questions but helped adjust the fit of the overalls by adding and removing buttons, offering to trim the size so it fits better and as I write this she is currently sewing the sides to make them fit more how I want them. I have never felt so seen and actually cared about in a retail store, let alone a second hand vintage place. Could not recommend more, we need more gems like this in Newcastle. 11/10”
