“I rented a rack in July for over $200 and sold 2 items for around $100. These were quality vintage and designer items priced well below the 30% rule they recommend. Due to the quality, a number of items were well promoted on socials and even placed on the manaquins in the window, so can imagine others didnt sell well either. Was a tough month in retail, but please be aware of the risks of this type of selling. They also gave me an email with a specific day and time for pick up- they were closed....waste of a morning.”

“I wish that I could say positive things here but ultimately my experience as a seller using this store was a frustrating waste of money, time and effort. When I initially purchased a rack, the information provided to me about the process was contradictory to the information on the website so I sent an email to the contact listed to ask for clarification. I didn't get a reply. The store advertising stated that you get a weekly update on sales, but I had to chase these up myself as no one contacted me. After two weeks, I'd only sold two things so I messaged and asked if I should be doing something different. "We'll get back to you" was the reply. Well, that didn't happen. At the end of the 4 weeks, I went to collect my items and a handbag was missing. When I asked about this, I was told "Oh it'll show up". When I asked what happens otherwise, the response was "I'll ask Kel to contact you." That didn't happen either. I'm assuming the bag sold since the payment I got was slightly higher than what I estimated it to be (sadly, still not enough to cover the rack fee) but it would have been appreciated if someone actually bothered to follow through and give me a call. Lastly, when I checked my unsold items at home I discovered some of them had makeup smeared all around the necklines so yay, another thing to deal with. This was a bad experience all round, I don't recommend this business :(”

“I used this business for 2 months - September and October 2025. While it was fairly successful in regards to me selling a number of pieces, I also had 4 items of clothing go missing (think stolen) including 2 Camilla pieces. So if you’re thinking of renting a rack from here, be prepared to lose some clothing.”
