“I just dropped off some really good quality clothes, shoes, and toys at Vinnies, and I was shocked by how rude the staff were. I came in to donate items in great condition, hoping they’d be appreciated, but I was barely acknowledged and treated like I was doing something wrong. If this is how they treat people trying to help, it really makes you think twice about supporting them. Really disappointing experience.”
