“I visited the shop and handed in a bag of new items.they were very friendly.the only problem is parking.its always full due to the radiology there.the prices of their goods are bit high but it's a very clean environment and it does not feel like a second hand shop.i agree if they do check your stuff you take especially if there is alot of it..since at salvation army they check everything and make you empty your carry bags and place in correct areas and the staff are so unfriendly.i really wish at times I could give freely and directly to those in need and not go through these charity shops.”

“I went there today and got a brand new pair of knee high red/ purple boots for $30 a gorgeous multi coloured purple scarf for $10 $4 multi coloured blue scarf that can be worn in summer or winter. I managed to get a brand new lovely smelling defuser. They had a gorgeous vase that my husband loved but it wouldn't go with any of our other Pottery. The two ladies working there were very helpful and friendly.”

“Here's a suggestion for your store! I usually come here to browse novels and kids books but sadly you guys don't accept donations to sell. You'd benefit from having a big sale where you could fill a Bag of some sort to clear items cluttering up your shop. I overheard workers saying that you were unable to cope with the massive amounts of donations... Maybe make them cheaper and affordable rather than collecting all the goods not sold and giving away to someone trucks to take it to the yard. In the midst of a cost of living crisis and in the midst of greater interest rates raising rents and mortgage repayments, Vinnies has somehow 'found' the money to renovate their stores, spend money on advertising their 'brand' with these ridiculous "got it at Vinnies" posters, and not batted an eye at raising all their prices for 'their' goods to rather ridiculous prices. If you want to see what it's like when a charity store goes corporal, look no further. There is no heart or soul at these OP shops anymore, just corporations with their hands out asking for money. I hope the money raised is going to the Programs and work that it's advertises for etc and not to the Well Dressed Affluent staff I've seen in the different branches of your Op Shops!!”

“Pretty small shop located a few minutes walk from Rouse Hill Village Centre. Close to bus stop. Clean and tidy shop. Clothes look neat. A popular brand jeans are $15. Other jeans are around $8. Old leather boots are $15.”
